Brook Watson has spent the last 18 years guiding commercial and government entities in the adoption of security technologies leveraging industry best practices. Prior to co-founding ThetaPoint, Inc., he was one of only two technical leads for ArcSight’s (Acquired by HP) Professional Services Group to earn the distinguished Level V Master Architect role. Leveraging the System Development Lifecycle Methodology, he was responsible for designing, implementing and configuring ArcSight solutions to integrate seamlessly into enterprise customer environments. Prior to ArcSight, Brook managed the US Government’s Customs and Border Patrol Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC) Data Mining and Correlation Project where he was responsible for designing, delivering, implementing and operating the CBP security technologies that supported the effort. Before that, he worked with the Internal Revenue Service, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Small Business Administration and other government agencies to further bolster their security defenses.
Harry Halladay is responsible for identifying, validating and leveraging new technologies to further assist ThetaPoint clients in their pursuit of effective security management/monitoring. In addition, he manages the ThetaPoint’s Operations and Maintenance practice. He was previously at ArcSight (Acquired by HP) as a technical lead and earned the distinguished Level V Certified Master Architect (one of only two individuals to earn this distinction worldwide). In this capacity, Harry led a team of security professionals to design, implement and configure ArcSight solutions for their customers. Before ArcSight, he was at Computer Sciences Corp (CSC) and was responsible for validating and testing network security and SIEM technologies for the US Air Force to determine performance, scalability, security efficacy and operational impact for their environment. Harry graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Rolla in Computer Science.
